Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has a very big impact on the order of life, changing living conditions during this pandemic, such as having to maintain distance, not being in crowds, schools being closed, and some work from home, making people adaptable. Even more so for Health Workers who are at the forefront of handling COVID-19. Resilience community can help Health Workers adapt and go through difficult things during a pandemi like this time. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Happiness and Religiosity towards the Resilience of Health Personnel Groups. The subjects of this study were health workers who worked during the COVID-19 pandemi, both those who had direct contact with Covid patients and those who had no direct contact. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously happiness and religiosity can predict resilience community, meaning that the higher the level of happiness and religiosity of health workers, the higher group resilience will simultaneously be, and vice versa. This finding is expected to be a reference for the government and health workers to increase the level of happiness and religiosity in an effort to increase the resilience of health workers on duty during the COVID-19 pandemi. Keywords: Resilience Community, Happiness, Religiosity, Health Workers Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi tatanan kehidupan. Kondisi kehidupan yang berubah pada masa pandemi ini, seperti harus berjaga jarak, tidak boleh dalam kerumunan, sekolah diliburkan, dan beberapa pekerjaan dilakukkan dirumah membuat masyarakat harus dapat beradaptasi. Terlebih lagi kepada Tenaga Kesehatan yang menjadi garda terdepan untuk penanganan COVID-19. Resiliensi Kelompok dapat membantu Tenaga Kesehatan beradaptasi dan melalui hal-hal yang sulit pada masa pandemi seperti saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Happiness dan Religiusitas terhadap Resiliensi Kelompok Tenaga Kesehatan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kesehatan yang bekerja dimasa pandemi COVID-19 baik yang berkontak langsung dengan pasien Covid maupun yang tidak berkontak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan happiness dan religiusitas dapat memprediksi resiliensi kelompok, artinya bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kebahagiaan dan religiusitas Tenaga Kesehatan maka secara bersamaan resiliensi kelompok akan menjadi tinggi, begitupun sebaliknya. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah maupun tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kebahagiaan dan religiusitas sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan ketahanan tenaga kesehatan yang bertugas pada masa pandemi COVID-19.
