Abstract
Objective of this research is to identify the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation to organizational citizenship behaviour at PT Batam Aero Technic. The object of this research is employee of PT Batam Aero Technic. This research is conducted to 50 repondents using saturated sampling method or sensus (a technic to define sample if all of object research is used as sample). Process of collecting data using survey method, with kuesioner as research instrumen and Partial Least Square as method to analyzing data. This research verify that job satisfaction, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation have positive and significant influence to organizational citizenship behaviour at PT Batam Aero Technic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT. Batam Aero Technic. Obejek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Batam Aero Technic. Penelitian ini dilakukan tehadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh/sensus yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah keusioner, Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan organizational citizenship behavior pada PT.
