Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of managerial Ownweship independent board of commissioner on corporate value and corporate sosial respondibility the value of the company(case study on manufacturing company listed im Indonesian stock exchange Year 2011-2015). The analysis tecnique used in this research is mulitple linear regression analysis The population used in this study is all companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the BEI. The sample in this study is all companies in the manufacturing sector in 2011-2015 consisting of 12 companies (60 sample) with the criteria. The sampling tecnique used in this research is purposive sampling method. Key Words : managerial Ownweship, independent board of commissioners, corporate sosial respondibility , the value of the company
