Abstract
The rapid development of development in big cities requires each building to have adequate parking space available. Especially in buildings that are public facilities, for example, is a shopping center. One of them is a shopping center, namely Pluit Village. Has a total area of about 117,138 m2 with 2 (two) parking areas, namely: west parking or building parking located in a shopping building. The eastern parking lot has a large enough area but the placement of vehicle characteristics for parking is not optimal in its management so that the vehicle is not accommodated optimally according to its maximum capacity. Based on the problem, to find out the characteristics of vehicle parking include parking accumulation, parking volume, parking duration, and parking index at Pluit Village Mall to determine the optimal capacity of the parking building. On the other hand, to determine the capacity of the parking building, it will also be analyzed regarding road access to the parking building by considering road width, vehicle volume, capacity and performance and average speed. The results of the survey which was conducted for 3 days, the parking capacity of the east Pluit Village Mall is not problematic and sufficient to accommodate vehicles, where the parking needs do not exceed the normal capacity / capacity. It is shown by the parking index and the highest parking accumulation obtained at 44.71% for cars and 51.6% <100%. The performance of Jalan Pluit Permai, the flow of vehicles and the average speed is quite stable. There was only an unstable flow on Saturday, 12 December 2020 at 16.00 - 18.00 with total 1627 vehicle/hour with an average speed of 24.9 km / hour. Keywords: Parking Area, Parking Capacity, Parking Accumulation, Parking Volume, Parking Perkembangan pembangunan di kota-kota besar yang pesat mengharuskan setiap bangunan mempunyai ketersediaan lahan parkir yang memadai. Terlebih pada bangunan yang merupakan fasilitas untuk publik contohnya adalah pusat perbelanjaan. Salah satu adalah Pusat perbelanjaan yaitu Pluit Village. Memiliki luas total sekitar 117.138 m2 dengan 2(dua) kawasan parkir :Parkir Barat dan Timur, pada parkir timur tersebut memiliki lahan yang cukup luas namun dalam penempatan karasteristik kendaraan untuk parkir belum optimal dalam penataanya sehingga kendaraan belum tertampung dengan optimal sesuai kapasitas maksimalnya.. Berdasarkan permasalahan, untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir kendaraan meliputi akumulasi parkir, volume parkir, durasi parkir, dan indeks parkir di Pluit Village Mall untuk mengetahui kapasitas dari gedung parkir tersebut. Disisi lain juga untuk mengetahui kapasitas dari gedung parkir akan di analisis juga mengenai akses jalan menuju gedung parkir tersebut dengan mempertimbangkan lebar ruas jalan, volume kendaraan, kapasitas dan kinerja dan kecepatan rata-rata. Hasil Survei yang dilakukan selama 3 hari, kapasitas parkir timur Pluit Village Mall tidak bermasalah dan mencukupi untuk menampung kendaraan, dimana kebutuhan parkir tidak melebihi daya tampung/kapasitas normal. Ditunjukan dengan Indeks parkir dan Akumulasi parkir tertinggi yang didapatkan sebesar 44,71% untuk mobil dan 51,6% < 100%. Kinerja ruas Jalan Pluit Permai arus kendaraan dan kecepatan rata-rata cukup stabil. Dengan tingkat terpadat pada hari Sabtu, 12 Desember 2020 di jam 16.00 – 18.00 dengan total 1627 kendaraan/jam.dengan kecepatan rata-rata mencapai 24,9 km/jam.
