Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine wheras there is a influence of organizational culture toward employee performance. Using these variables was considered by the result of the previous research belongs to Ariyanti (2014). The samples of this research are 42 employees of Institute of Da’wah Mohamamd Natsir. Descriptive Analysis, Rank Spearman Correlational Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis were run with SPSS software version 20 to perform data analysis. The results of the analysis shows that all dimensions of organizational culture (involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission) those all have an effect on employee performance variables by 62.5% but they do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable individually. From the four dimensions of organizational culture, Consistency has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, Involvement, adaptability and mission did not have a significant effect on the performance of STID Mohammad Natsir employees. The empirical findings indicate that in order to improve employee performance, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission simultaneously, because these factors are proven to be related and influence the level of employee performance. The theoretical implications and suggestions for future research are also described at the end of this research. Keywords:organizational culture, employee performance Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat sejauh apa pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penggunaan variable-variabel tersebut dengan alasan hasil penelitian terdahulu, yaitu Ariyanti (2014). Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Da’wah (STID) Mohammad Natsir, sejumlah 42 orang. Analisis Deskriptif, Analisis Korelasional rank Spearman, dan Analisis Regresi Berganda dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20 untuk melakukan analisis data. Hasil analisis menunjukan semua dimensi budaya organisasi (involvement, consistency, adaptability dan mission) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 62,5% namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variable terikat secara individu. Dari keempat dimensi budaya organisasi, Consistensy memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan Involvement, adaptability dan mission tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai STID Mohammad Natsir. Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, perlu memperhatikan faktorinvolvement, consistency, adaptability dan mission secara simultan, karena faktor-faktor tersebut terbukti berhubungan dan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai. Implikasi teoritis dan saran-saran bagi penelitian mendatang juga diuraikan pada bagian akhir dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, kinerja pegawai
