Abstract

Work Accident Insurance or commonly referred to as JKK provides protection for the risks of accidents that occur in work relationships, including accidents that occur on the way from home to work or vice versa and diseases caused by the work environment. However, there are still many construction service projects that do not really know the impact of the work accident insurance. The method used in this study is the method comparing cost of claim guaranted by social security BPJS and the company. Primary data from this study were obtained of visit to the scene of the case which from the number of workers and the amount of claim costs. While, secondary data obtained in the form of a map of the location of the incident, incident data reports and survey documentation. After collecting the data, the results of data processing are assisted by using calculations through Microsoft Excel. From the analysis and processing of data regarding costs incurred due to work accidents in the construction service sector, there are cost differences between the listed companies and companies that are not registered with social security BPJS Keywords: Work Accident Insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Protection Costs Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja atau biasa disebut dengan JKK memberikan perlindungan atas risiko-risiko kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam hubungan kerja, termasuk kecelakaan yang terjadi dalam perjalanan dari rumah menuju tempat kerja atau sebaliknya dan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh lingkungan kerja. Akan tetapi masih banyaknya proyek jasa konstruksi yang belum terlalu mengetahui dampak dari jaminan kecelakaan kerja tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode perbandingan biaya klaim yang ditanggung oleh BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan perusahaan. Data primer dari penelitian ini didapatkan dari hasil kunjungan ke tempat kejadian perkara yang berupa jumlah pekerja dan besaran biaya klaim. Sedangkan data sekundernya didapatkan berupa peta lokasi kejadian, laporan data insiden dan dokumentasi survei. Setelah pengumpulan data tersebut, lalu hasil pengolahan data dibantu dengan menggunakan perhitungan melalui Microsoft Excel. Dari hasil analisa dan pengolahan data mengenai biaya yang timbul akibat kecelakaan kerja pada sektor jasa konstruksi ini, didapat adanya perbedaan biaya antara pihak perusahaan yang terdaftar di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dengan perusahaan yang tidak terdaftar di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kata Kunci : Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Biaya Perlindungan
