Abstract
Research conducted from April 2020 to June 2020 tried to analyze the effect of laying the sliding wall that occurred in model 1 and model 2 in the building under review. The method used is dynamic response analysis with analysis using the 2013 ETABS program. From the results of the analysis of the research conducted, the structural behavior was obtained by the results fulfilling the requirements which examined the fudanmental period that occurred in model 1 and model 2 with dominant translations in X and Y directions above 90%, deviations between floors that occurred in model 1 and model 2 has exceeded the permit value or above 0.02 height between floors, in a double checking system the frame can bear up to 25% lateral force, and the final check is checking the number of shearwall reinforcement with model 1 results more efficiently in accordance with the number of reinforcement of model 2. Keywords: Building Design, Double System, Shear Wall, Deviation, Reinforcement Details Penelitian yang dilakukan sejak April 2020-Juni 2020 mencoba melakukan analisis pengaruh perbandingan letak shear wall yang terjadi pada model 1 dan model 2 pada bangunan yang ditinjau. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis dinamik respon spektrum dengan perhitungan analisis menggunakan program ETABS 2013. Dari hasil analisis penelitian yang dilakukan, prilaku struktur diproleh hasil yang memenuhi persyaratan di antaranya yaitu pengecekan priode fudanmental yang terjadi pada model 1 dan model 2 saling dominan translasi pada arah X dan Y diatas 90 %, simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi pada model 1 dan model 2 telah melebihi nilai izin atau di atas 0.02 tinggi antar lantai, pada pengecekan sistem ganda frame dapat memikul di atas 25% gaya lateral, dan analisa terakhir adalah pengecekan jumlah tulangan shearwall dengan hasil model 1 lebih efisien jumlahnya dibandingkan dengan jumlah tulangan model 2.
