Abstract
Title: Analysis of Quality Control on the Implementation of Zone 1 Cofferdam Works at Karian Dam Project, Name: Rizka Safitri, Nim: 41117110079, Advisor: Dr. Mawardi Amin, M.T, 2019 Quality control is carried out to reduce the failure of quality final product that not meet with specifications, hopefully after the quality being controlled there is no quality result that does not meet with specifications. To analyze the data, the quality control can be used Statistical Processing Control (SPC) / quality control with statistics method using a control chart consisting of a straight line that describe the Central Line (CL), upper control limit (UCL) / upper limit level, lower control limit (LCL) / limit level bottom, and target limit / target level. With a control chart we can find out whether the quality has reached the target or not, and identify factors that can be the reason of the quality defect with cause and effect fiagram. The purpose of this study to determine the process of quality control of soil testing in the water content and field density of specifications and control limits, as well as the factors that influence it. The research method used with quantitative descriptive to support statistical processing control methods. The data on project quality results are processed using a check sheet to see the results. After that, make a histogram to shows the quality results did not reach specifications. Then, make a control map to see the conclusions of the quality. And identify the factors that influence with a cause-and-effect diagram from the results of observations and interviews. To analyze the data using Microsoft Excel 2016 program. From the results of data analysis with 12 samples, there were 4 samples that were outside the control limits for the water content test and 3 samples that were outside the control limits for the field density test. From these results it can be seen that the quality control process is still uncontrolled in testing the water content and field density, as seen from the fluctuating graph results. Even though the process is still out of control, the quality results are still maintained because every time a test is not included in the specifications, the reworking is done. There are several factors that influence the results of testing moisture content and field density that are not included in the specifications with cause and effect diagram, there are material, human, machine, method, and environmental factors. Key Words : Quality Control, Statistical Processing Control (SPC), Cause-and-Effect Diagram Judul : Analisis Pengendalian Mutu pada Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Timbunan Zona 1 Cofferdam Proyek Bendungan Karian, Nama : Rizka Safitri, Nim : 41117110079, Dosen Pembimbing : Dr. Mawardi Amin, M.T, 2019 Pengendalian mutu dilakukan untuk mengurangi tidak tercapainya mutu produk akhir yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasinya, dengan harapan setelah dikendalikan tidak ada lagi hasil mutu yang tidak mencapai spesifikasinya. Untuk mengetahui terkendalinya mutu tersebut dapat digunakan metode Statistical Processing Control (SPC)/ pengendalian mutu dengan statistik dengan menggunakan control chart yang terdiri dari garis lurus yang menggambarkan Central Line (CL), upper control limit (UCL)/tingkat batas atas, lower control limit (LCL)/tingkat batas bawah. Dengan control chart dapat mengetahui apakah proses pengendalian mutu sudah mencapai target atau belum dan menganalisa faktor yang mungkin menyebabkan mutu tersebut tidak tercapai dengan analisis diagram sebab akibat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengendalian mutu pengujian tanah kadar air dan kepadatannya di lapangan terhadap spesifikasi dan batas kendalinya, serta faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif sebagai penunjang metode statistical processing control. Data hasil mutu proyek diolah menggunakan check sheet untuk melihat hasil yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi atau tidak. Setelah itu dibuat histogramnya yang memperlihatkan berapa banyak pengujian tidak masuk dalam spesifikasi. Lalu dibuat peta kendali untuk melihat kesimpulan dari hasil proses pengendalian mutu tersebut. Kemudian mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhinya dengan diagram sebab akibat dari hasil observasi dan wawancara. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan program microsoft excel 2016. Dari hasil analisis data dengan 12 sampel terdapat 4 sampel yang diluar batas kendali untuk uji kadar air dan 3 sampel yang berada diluar batas kendali untuk uji kepadatan tanah. Dari hasil tersebut dapat terlihat bahwa proses pengendalian mutu masih tidak terkontrol pada pengujian kadar air dan kepadatan tanah, terlihat dari hasil grafik yang masih fluktuatif. Walaupum prosesnya masih tidak terkendali namun hasil mutunya masih tetap terjaga karena setiap ada pengujian yang tidak masuk dalam spesifikasinya dilakukan pengerjaan ulang. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil pengujian kadar air dan kepadatan tanah yang tidak masuk dalam spesifikasi dengan analisis diagram sebab-akibat, yaitu faktor material, manusia, mesin, metoda, dan lingkungan.
