Abstract

This study conducted research on the influence of work motivation and organizational commitmen to the performance of employees at the office od Kebon Jeruk District Office West Jakarta, this research was conducted on 80 respondents using quantitative research methods. By using two independent variabel that is work motivation, organizational commitment and one dependen variabel of work performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation (X1) and organizational commitmen (X2) on employee performance (Y). the result of this study showed simultaneously (F-Test) the variables of work motivation and organizational commitment together effect on the performance of employees. Partially (t-Test) work motivation and organizational commitment have a positive effect and significance to employee performance. Keywords:Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Studi ini melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh motivasi kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Pegawai Kantor Kecamatn Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan dua variabel independen yaitu motivasi kerja, komitmen organisasional dan satu variabel dependen kinerja kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja (X1) dan komitmen organisasional (X2) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara simultan (uji F) variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional secara bersamasama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Secara parsial (uji T) motivasi kerja dan komimen organisasional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikansi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisaisonal, Kinerja Pegawai
