Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, organizational commitment and leadership style on turnover intention in the company PT. Piranasia Impressa. The population in this study were all production employees of PT. Piranasia Impressa, amounting to 37 people. Data were collected by questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study indicate simultaneously that the variables of motivation, organizational commitment and leadership style influence jointly on turnover intention. While partially shows that motivation has no significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a significant influence on turnover intention and leadership style has a significant influence on turnover intention. From the results of these studies indicate that two independent variables have a significant influence on turnover intention of PT. Piranasia Impressa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention pada perusahaan PT. Piranasia Impressa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi PT. Piranasia Impressa yang berjumlah 37 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan bahwa variabel motivasi, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap turnover intention. Sedangkan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Komitmen organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dua variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention PT. Piranasia Impressa.
