Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance effect of profitability and solvability, to firm value of LQ 45 companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are LQ 45 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method and the selected sample are 33 companies. Data analysis technique using panel data regression with model approach chosen is Fixed Effect Model. The results show that profitability have positive and significant effect to firm value while solvability has no effect to firm value of LQ 45company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. Keywords: Firm value, profitability, solvability Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan sampel yang terpilih adalah 33 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan model yang terpilih yaitu Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan solvabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan LQ 45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2016.
