Abstract
This research examines the effect of firm size, company growth, and leverage on corporate social responsibility (CSR). The population in this research amounted to 42 companies sector consumer goods in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the study period in 2012 to 2017. The sample in this research amounted to 145 of the 29 companies manufacturing sector consumer goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data retrieval is collected by downloading the Annual Report on the IDX official website, www.idx.co.id. Data analysis to test hypotheses using multiple regression analysis with SPSS applications (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Based on observations it is found that from 3 research variables there are only one variable that influence on CSR, that is company size variable, while the company's growth and leverage variables had no effect on CSR. Keywords: CSR, Company Size (Size), Company Growth (Growth) and Leverage Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahan, dan leverage terhadap tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR). Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 42 perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan periode penelitian tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 145 dari 29 perusahaan manufaktur sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mengunduh Laporan Tahunan di situs resmi BEI yaitu www.idx.co.id. Analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan Aplikasi SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ditemukan bahwa dari 3 variabel penelitian hanya ada satu variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap CSR yaitu variabel ukuran perusahaan, sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan dan leverage,tidak berpengaruh terhadap CSR.
