Abstract

Utilization of information technology can be applied in the field of education, as one method to support teaching and learning process. This educative application is made with the aim of as an educational tool, so it is expected to help students to more easily understand the material presented. Blender is one of the 3D software that can be used to build an interactive multimedia app, with the help of Blend4Web application can be exported directly as a standalone web page. This application is intended for all circles, especially among students to help the process of learning to know the existing solar system in the Milky Way galaxy. The method used in this application is multimedia software development method with Luther method consisting of several stages, namely Concept, Design, Collecting Content Material, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. Keywords: Blender, Blend4Web, Website, Luther Method, Solar System. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dapat diaplikasikan pada bidang pendidikan, sebagai salah satu metode untuk menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Aplikasi edukatif ini dibuat dengan tujuan sebagai alat bantu pendidikan, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu pelajar agar lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan. Blender adalah salah satu perangkat lunak 3D yang dapat digunakan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi multimedia interaktif, dengan bantuan Blend4Web aplikasi dapat diekspor secara langsung sebagai halaman web mandiri. Aplikasi ini ditujukan untuk semua kalangan terutama kalangan pelajar untuk membantu proses belajar mengenal sistem tata surya yang ada pada galaksi bima sakti. Metode yang digunakan dalam aplikasi ini adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak multimedia dengan metode Luther yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap, yaitu Concept, Desain, Collecting Material, Assembly, Testing, dan Distribution.
