Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work competency, workload on employee performance in the West Jakarta Administration City Land Office. The measurement in this study uses a Likert Scale with a population of 130 West Jakarta City Administration Land Office employees, and a sample of 57 respondents. Data processing uses IBM SPSS version 22. The results of this study are work discipline, work competence, and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Workload, Work Competence, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh displin kerja, kompetensi kerja, beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor Pertanahan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Skala Likert dengan populasi 130 pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat, dan sampel berjumlah 57 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini adalah displin kerja, kompetensi kerja, dan beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
