Abstract

The phenomenon of the increasing prevalence of smokers in the world is very significant from year to year, according to the World Health Organization (WHO) which states that smoking is the main cause of death in the world, while the number of smokers in the world in 2016 has reached more than 1 billion. Indonesia, one of the countries with a very significant increase in the number of cigarettes from 2015-2017, is in the 3rd highest position in the world. Whereas if viewed from the total population, Indonesia is in the 4th position after China, India and the United States. Various regulations and campaigns have been carried out by the government and the private sector, but the increase in teenage smokers continues to increase. In DKI Jakarta, Cilandak Subdistrict is the highest sub-district for juvenile smokers based on data from the 2015 Health Office. This study aims to analyze social marketing as seen from the influence of lifestyle, social environment, self-confidence and advertising on the tendency of smoking. The data of this study were adolescent smokers who lived in Cilandak Subdistrict, South Jakarta. The sampling method used was a saturation / census sampling technique consisting of 147 respondens. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Correlation between dimensions. The results of the study included a positive and significant relationship between lifestyle and the tendency to smoke. Keywords: Personal Decision, Lifestyle, Social Environment, Self-Confidence, Advertising Fenomena meningkatnya prevalensi perokok di dunia sangat signifikan dari tahun ke tahun, Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) menyebutkan bahwa merokok penyabab utama kematian di dunia, sementara jumlah perokok didunia pada tahun 2016 telah mencapai diatas 1 milyar lebih. Indonesia salah satu Negara yang sangat signifikan peningkatan jumlah merokok dari tahun 2015 -2017 menduduki posisi ke-3 tertinggi di dunia. Padahal jika dilihat dari jumlah penduduk,Indonesia berada di posisi ke-4 setelah China, India dan Amerika Serikat. Berbagai regulasi dan kampanye telah banyak di lakukan oleh baik pemerintah, swasta , namun peningkatan perokok remaja masih terus mengalami peningkatan. Di DKI Jakarta, Kecamatan Cilandak merupakan kecamatan tertinggi untuk perokok remaja berdasarkan data Dinkes 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemasaran social yang dilihat dari Pengaruh Gaya Hidup, Lingkungan Sosial, Kepercayaan Diri dan Periklanan terhadap Kecenderungan merokok. Data Penelitian ini adalah remaja perokok yang tinggal di Kecamatan Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh/ sensus yang terdiri dari 147 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan Korelasi antar dimensi. Hasil penelitian antara lain terdapat pengaruh yang paling signifikan dan signifikan antara gaya hidup terhadap kecenderungan merokok. Kata Kunci : Keputusan pribadi, Gaya Hidup, Lingkungan Sosial, Kepercayaan Diri, Periklanan.
