Abstract
This research purpose is to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological well-being of company X’s employees. Company X is a company who engaged in a heavy equipment industry. The subject of the research is 100 employees who works at the company. The research method used in this study is quantitative method with probability sampling techniques. The data is analyzed with the correlation of pearson product moment with with the value of correlation coefficient (R) of 0.000 with p value <0,05. So the results show that Ho is rejected and H1 accepted which means there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and Psychological Well-Being employees in the company x. And from the linear regression method the emotional intelligence giving contributions 68,9% towards psychological well-being. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Psychological Well-Being Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan Psychological Well-Being karyawan diperusahaan X. Perusahaan X adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang alat berat. Subyek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja diperusahaan tersebut sebanyak 100 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan korelasi pearson product moment dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,000 dengan p value < 0,05. Maka hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosi dan Psychological Well-Being karyawan diperusahaan x.
