Abstract

Business competition that is engaged in services, parts, and sales is increasingly stringent, this requires companies to have competitive power and add value to customers. One way to make it happen is with preparation planning, because with optimal preparation, the customer's needs can be fulfilled precisely and quickly. CV. Sandjungan Trading is a company engaged in services, spare parts, and sales which currently are incompatible in preparation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze using the most accurate measurement method, and the most effective method for Dexsos 1, Dexsos 2, and Filter Oil spare parts for one periode (one year). Preparation planning is done by 3 forecasting methods and 3 lot sizing techniques. From the results of data processing used linear regression method chosen because it has the highest error value of 17.07%, and after validating the data using the linear regression tracking signal method is still within the control limits of +4 and -4, while the lot sizing technique The lot is chosen for lot, because it has the most economical total shipping costs of Rp. 813.000 for one period (one year). Keywords: Forecasting, Linear Regression, Signal Tracking, Sizing Lot Technique, Lot For Lot Technique Persaingan bisnis di industri otomotif yang bergerak di bidang jasa service, spare parts, dan sales semakin ketat, hal ini menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki daya saing yang kompetitif dan memiliki nilai tambah bagi customer. Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkannya yaitu dengan perencanaan persediaan, karena dengan persediaan yang optimal maka kebutuhan pelanggan dapat terpenuhi secara tepat dan cepat. CV. Sandjungan Trading adalah perusahaan otomotif yang bergerak di bidang jasa service, spare part, dan sales yang sekarang ini mengalami ketidak sesuaian dalam persediaan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisa persediaan dengan tujuan menghasilkan metode peramalan terbaik yang memiliki nilai error paling terkecil, dan metode perencanaan terbaik yang memiliki biaya persediaan paling ekonomis untuk spare part Dexsos 1, Dexsos 2, dan Oli Filter selama satu periode (satu tahun). Perencanan persediaan dilakukan dengan 3 metode peramalan dan 3 teknik lot sizing. Dari hasil pengolahan data di dapatkan metode peramalan regresi linier dipilih karena memiliki nilai error paling terkecil yaitu 17,07 %, dan setelah di validasi data menggunakan tracking signal metode regresi linier masih berada dalam batas kendali yaitu +4 dan -4, sedangkan teknik lot sizing yang dipilih adalah lot for lot, karena memiliki total biaya persediaan paling ekonomis yaitu sebesar Rp 813.000 selama satu periode (satu tahun).
