Abstract

The existing development in Jakarta is a benchmark of the progress of the Indonesian nationthat has been achieved. The rapid pace of development in Jakarta has resulted in rapid growth of vehicles each year. The Road and the intersection that brings the Warung Jati Barat Road- Raya Ragunan Road, Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan, is one of the road that require attention. This is because during rush hours the queue on the road segment and this intersection is quite long which affects the traffic density on the road network to the Warung Jati Barat Road. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on Performance Analysis of signaled intersections and segments Warung Jati Barat road – Raya Ragunan road, in order to find alternative solutions so that congestion can be overcome. The methods used for data collection are primary and secondary data. Primary data is direct observation on the real field. Primary data consists of vehicle volume data and side barriers. Secondary data is the size of the road and the residents around the road. Furthermore, for the main reference is to use the existing regulations on the Manual of Capacity of Indonesia Road (MKJI) in 1997. Analysis obtained the largest vehicle volume at the intersection occurs on Thursday at 17:00 to 18:00 pm with high side barriers of 0.93. From the results of the review and calculation of Intersection Signal Jl Warung Jati Barat- Jl.Raya Ragunan has a degree of saturation of 1.15 and included in the level of LOS F. For the largest vehicle volume segment occurred on Tuesday at 17:00 to 18:00. From the calculation of Warung Jati Barat Road has a degree of saturation of 1.065 and included in the level of LOS F. The solution obtained is to plan or reset at the intersection with cycle time settings and side barriers even though the level of service obtained indicates should be immediately followed up due to conditions that have been warning. Keywords: Congestion, Roads, Signal Intersection, degree of saturation. Pembangunan yang ada di Jakarta merupakan tolak ukur dari kemajuan bangsa Indonesia yang telah dicapai. Laju perkembangan pembangunan di Jakarta yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan semakin pesatnya pertumbuhan kendaraan tiap tahunnya. Ruas Jalan Warung Jati Barat dan persimpangan yang mempertemukan Jalan Warung Jati Barat dan jalan raya ragunan di daerah Pasar Minggu Jakarta Selatan, merupakan salah satu jalan yang membutuhkan perhatian. Hal ini dikarenakan pada jam-jam sibuk antrian pada ruas jalan dan persimpangan ini cukup panjang yang mempengaruhi kepadatan lalu lintas pada jaringan jalan menuju jalan Warung Jati Barat. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang Analisis Kinerja Simpang Bersinyal dan Ruas Jalan Warung Jati Barat – Jalan Raya Ragunan, Pasar minggu Jakarta Selatan agar dapat dicarikan alternatif solusi agar kemacetan dapat teratasi. Metode yang dilakukan untuk pengumpulan data adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu pengamatan keadaan langsung di lapangan yang sesungguhnya. Data primer terdiri dari data volume kendaraan dan hambatan samping. Data sekunder adala ukuran jalan dan jumah penduduk sekitar jalan tersebut. Selanjutnya untuk acuan utama yaitu dengan menggunakan peraturan yang ada pada Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) tahun 1997. Bersasrkan analisa yang didapat volume kendaraan terbesar pada simpang terjadi pada hari kamis pukul 17.00-18.00 WIB dengan hambatan samping yang tinggi yaitu 0,93. Dari hasil tinjauan dan perhitungan Simpang Bersinyal Jl Warung Jati Barat – Jl. Raya Ragunan nilai derajat kejenuhan 1,15 termasuk dalam tingkatan LOS F. Untuk ruas volume kendaraan terbesar terjadi pada hari selasa pukul 17.00-18.00. Dari hasil perhitungan Jalan Warung Jati Barat nilai derajat kejenuhan 1,065 termasuk dalam tingkatan LOS F. Solusi yang didapat yaitu merencanakan atau pengaturan ulang pada simpangnya dengan pengaturan waktu siklus dan hambatan samping meskipun tingkat pelayanan yang didapat menunjukkan harus segera ditindaklanjuti karena kondisi yang sudah warning. Kata Kunci : Kemacetan, Ruas Jalan, Simpang Bersinyal, Derajat Kejenuhan.
