Abstract

ABSTRAK Oleh : Yenny Rahayu Ningtias This study aims to examine and assess the effect of local income, general allocation funds, special allocation funds, and profit sharing funds to capital expenditures (study on PEMPROV throughout Indonesia 2012-2016) Data used in this study is secondary data in the form of reports realization of APBD of Provincial Government in Indonesia. This research data is taken from the site of the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Agriculture website. Technical analysis of data used multiple regression analysis techniques. The population in this study spilled 33 Provinces with the study period of 2012 until 2015. Samples used were 33 Provincial Governments. Sampling using Purposive technique. Based on Test Result T This research shows that PAD, DAU, DAK, and DBH directly have significant effect to Capital Expenditure. And the test results Coefficient of determination (R2) shows the value of Adjusted R Square (R2) of 0.572 or 57.2%. This shows that Variation of Capital Expenditure 57,2% determined Variable PAD DAU DAK and DBH. While the remaining 42.8% influenced by factors other than the model. KEYWORDS: Local Revenue, General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, Revenue Sharing Funds, Capital Expenditures ABSTRAK Oleh : Yenny Rahayu Ningtias Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Dana Alokasi Umum, Dana Alokasi Khusus, dan Dana Bagi Hasil Terhadap Belanja Modal (studi pada PEMPROV se-Indonesia tahun 2012-2016) Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan realisasi APBD Pemerintah Provinsi se- Indonesia. Data penelitian ini diambil dari situs Badan Pusat Statistik dan situs Kementerian Pertanian RI. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumpah 33 Provinsi dengan periode penelitian tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2015. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 Pemerintah Provinsi. Pengambilan sample dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive. Berdasarkan Hasil Uji T Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PAD, DAU, DAK, dan DBH secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Serta hasil uji Koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukan nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,572 atau sebesar 57,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Variasi Belanja Modal 57,2% ditentukan Variabel PAD DAU DAK dan DBH. Sedangkan sisanya 42,8% dipengaruhi factor-faktor lain diluar model.
