Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru di yayasan lembaga kursus bahasa asing ILC ( International Language Center ) yang berlokasi di dua cabang yaitu cabang Mall of Indonesia dan Supermall Karawaci. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dengan total populasi sebagai sampel yaitu 54 responden dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention, dan variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention.This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational commitment to turnover intention. The object of this research is the foundation of teachers in foreign language colleges ILC (International Language Center) located in the two branches, namely the branch Mall of Indonesia and the Supermall Karawaci. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated with a total population sample as the sample of 54 respondents and the data analysis is a statistical analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable compensation has a significant negative effect on turnover intention variables and organizational commitment variables significant negative effect on turnover intention.
