Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh, motivasi kerja, insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Tapindo Lucky Spotrs. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 54 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karna itu, analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis startistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, motivasi kerja variable dan efek insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tapindo Lucky Sports. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji simultan (uji F) yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi kerja dan insentif terdahap kinerja karyawan PT. Tapindo Lucky Sports. Sedangkan hasil uji parsial (uji t ) juga menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh insentif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja insentif secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.The objective of this research is to find out the influence, work motivation and intensive employees performance. The object of the research is the employees of PT. Tapido Lucky Sports. The reseacrh is done to 54 corresponden is by using qualitative descriptive opproach. Therefore, the data analysis is statistice analysis in the from of multiple regression test. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneous, variable of work motivation and intensive efect to the employees performance of PT. Tapindo Lucky Sports. This result is evidenced by simultaneous test ( F test ) which shows that there is significant influence from work motivation and intensive to the employees performance, of PT. Tapindo Lucky Sports. While partial test ( t test ) also indicates that the work motivaton is infuenced to the employee performance, and intensive significantly to the performance of employee. Work motivation and intensive partially affacts to the employee performance.
