Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Mix di Tangerang.Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan sebagai responden yang berjumlah 75 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan tanggapan responden dilakukan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas,multikolineritas,hesteroskedastisitas,, dan linier berganda. Hasil analisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kompetensi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadapkinerja karyawan. Secara parsial kompetensi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruhterhadap kinerja karyawan.This thesis aims to analyze the influence of the competence and motivation to employees performance at PT. Source Mix in Tangerang. The study involved all employees as respondents who were 75 employees. Based on the respondents tested the validity, reliability test, test for normality, multicolinearity,hesteroskedastisitas, and linear regression. The results of the analysis with multiple linear regression method showed that simultaneous competence and motivation influence on employee performance. Partially competence and motivation influence on employee performance.
