Abstract
This purpose of this research is investigating the effects of leadership style, and organizational culture against the performance of employee on Land Office of South Jakarta and knowing dimensions which has the most powerful influences against the employee performance of Land Office of South Jakarta. Methods used in this research is by spreading a questionnaire to an employee which adopting the likert scale, while the sample size is about 50 employee, using software SPSS 20 program, data analysis is performed by using test validity, reliability and multiple linear regression correlation. The result of the research concluded that transformational leadership style and organizational culture has positive significance effect on employee performance. There is the simultaneous influence between transformational leadership style and organizational culture with the employee performance at Land Office of South Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Adminsitrasi Jakarta Selatan dan mengetahui dimensi mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Adminsitrasi Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuisioner kepada Karyawan dengan menggunakan skala likert, dengan responden yang digunakan sebanyak 50 karyawan, menggunakan program software SPSS 20, analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan korelasi regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara partial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama (simultan) antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan.
