Abstract
Saat ini tentunya banyak perusahaan yang telah mempunyai banyak cabang dan produk yang tersebar dimana mana. Hal ini memungkinan customer bisa melakukan registrasi atau pembelian banyak produk di banyak cabang sehingga satu customer bisa mempunyai banyak account registrasi. Permasalahan timbul ketika satu customer bisa terdaftar beberapa kode customer dengan identitas customer yang berbeda di berbagai sumber data, yang menyebabkan redudansi data. Perlulah suatu sistem konsolidasi dan proses matching customer agar mengetahui customer yang sama atau bukan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan komponen fuzzy dari Microsoft. Dibutuhkan juga Business Intelligence untuk menganalisa pergerakan data customer. Hasilnya adalah tidak terjadi lagi redudansi data customer walaupun berbeda nomor identitas customer, yang selanjutnya bisa melakukan analisis di dalam dashboard business intelligence oleh top manajemen.
