Abstract

Formwork is one of the main components in reinforced concrete construction, contributing significantly to the cost and schedule of high-rise building construction projects. This study aims to analyze the cost and time comparison between the utilization of PERI System formwork and Aluminum formwork for column and beam structures in a high-rise building in Jakarta. Based on the issues at the study location, Aluminum formwork technology was selected as an alternative comparative system considered most relevant to overcome progress delays. The independent variable in this study is the type of formwork system (PERI System and Aluminum), while the dependent variables include the cost and duration of the formwork work execution. This quantitative research took a sample of four floors, specifically the column and beam formwork work of Tower 1 from the 4th to the 7th floor at the Office X Jakarta project. Data analysis was conducted using a comparative analysis method through work volume calculation, total floor cost analysis, and cycle duration analysis specifically in Zone A. The results showed that for the total cost of 4 full floors, PERI System formwork incurred a cost of IDR 1,120,617,305.00, whereas Aluminum formwork only required IDR 954,174,484.00, resulting in a material cost saving of IDR 166,442,821.00 or 14.85% using Aluminum formwork. In terms of time, the accumulated execution duration of PERI System formwork in Zone A was 43 days, while Aluminum formwork only required 31 days, which signifies a 12-day increase in execution speed. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that Aluminum formwork provides more economical results for full floor material procurement and shorter execution time in Zone A. Therefore, Aluminum formwork is highly recommended for application in column and beam structural work of high-rise building projects with repetitive work characteristics. Keywords: Formwork, Peri System, Aluminum, Cost, Time, High-rise Pekerjaan bekisting merupakan komponen utama pada pelaksanaan struktur beton bertulang yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap biaya dan waktu proyek konstruksi gedung bertingkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbandingan biaya dan waktu penggunaan bekisting PERI System dengan bekisting Aluminium pada pekerjaan struktur kolom dan balok high-rise building di Jakarta. Atas dasar permasalahan di lokasi studi tersebut, teknologi bekisting Aluminium dipilih sebagai sistem pembanding alternatif yang dinilai paling relevan untuk mengatasi ketertinggalan progres pelaksanaan. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis sistem bekisting (PERI System dan Aluminium), sedangkan variabel terikat meliputi biaya dan durasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan bekisting. Penelitian kuantitatif ini mengambil sampel sebanyak empat lantai, yaitu pekerjaan bekisting kolom dan balok Tower 1 lantai 4 sampai lantai 7 di proyek Office X Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis komparatif melalui perhitungan volume pekerjaan, analisis biaya total lantai, dan analisis durasi siklus pekerjaan khusus pada Zona A. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk total biaya 4 lantai penuh, bekisting PERI System menghasilkan biaya sebesar Rp1.120.617.305,00, sedangkan bekisting Aluminium hanya membutuhkan Rp954.174.484,00, sehingga penggunaan bekisting Aluminium memberikan penghematan biaya material sebesar Rp166.442.821,00 atau sebesar 14,85%. Dari segi waktu, akumulasi durasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan bekisting PERI System di Zona A adalah selama 43 hari, sementara bekisting Aluminium hanya memerlukan 31 hari, yang berarti terjadi peningkatan kecepatan waktu pelaksanaan sebesar 12 hari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bekisting Aluminium memiliki hasil yang lebih ekonomis untuk pengadaan material lantai penuh serta waktu pelaksanaan yang lebih singkat pada Zona A. Oleh karena itu, bekisting Aluminium lebih direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada pekerjaan struktur kolom dan balok proyek gedung bertingkat yang memiliki karakteristik pekerjaan berulang.
