Abstract
The SiWira system provides features for managing security personnel attendance, patrols, and payroll. However, information from these three features is still separated across different pages, requiring the Human Resources (HR) Administrator to review the data separately in order to obtain an overview of personnel operations. This study aims to develop a monitoring Dashboard on the SiWira web application that integrates attendance, patrol, and payroll information to support the monitoring of operational data at PT Wira Sandi. The system was developed using the Waterfall model of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data were collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature review. The Dashboard utilizes existing data in SiWira and presents it in the form of summary cards, charts, status indicators, a monitoring calendar, and daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly period filters. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing. The test results showed that all main Dashboard functions operated according to the requirements and that the level of user acceptance was classified in the Very Good category. Therefore, the monitoring Dashboard successfully presents attendance, patrol, and payroll information in a centralized, concise, and structured manner, thereby supporting the HR Administrator in monitoring the operational data of security personnel. Sistem SiWira menyediakan fitur pengelolaan absensi, patroli, dan penggajian petugas keamanan. Namun, informasi dari ketiga fitur ini masih terpisah di halaman berbeda, sehingga Admin Human Resource (HR) harus memeriksa data secara terpisah untuk mendapatkan gambaran operasional petugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun Dashboard monitoring pada web SiWira yang mengintegrasikan informasi absensi, patroli, dan penggajian untuk mendukung pemantauan data operasional di PT Wira Sandi. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Dashboard memanfaatkan data yang sudah ada di SiWira dan menyajikannya dalam bentuk kartu ringkasan, grafik, indikator status, kalender monitoring, serta filter periode harian, mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fungsi utama Dashboard berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan tingkat penerimaan pengguna berada pada kategori Sangat Baik. Dengan demikian, Dashboard monitoring berhasil menyajikan informasi absensi, patroli, dan penggajian secara terpusat, ringkas, dan terstruktur, sehingga mendukung Admin HR dalam memantau data operasional petugas keamanan.
