Abstract

The development of the coffee shop business in urban areas requires its activists to continue to innovate. This is important because it relates to a sense of loyalty among customers. Eter Room Coffee, as one of the coffee shops in the city of Jakarta, positions itself as a coffee shop that opens an arts space, and is included in several marketing public relations activations. This research found that the three ways marketing public relations implemented by Eter Room Coffee has an impact on customer loyalty, although there are still several other factors that can influence it. Keywords: Marketing public relations, customer loyalty, Eter Room Coffee. Berkembangnya bisnis kedai kopi di perkotaan mengharuskan para penggiatnya untuk terus berinovasi. Hal ini menjadi penting karena berkenaan dengan rasa loyalitas di antara kalangan pelanggan. Eter Room Coffee sebagai salah satu coffee shop di kota Jakarta lantas memposisikan diri sebagai kedai kopi yang membuka ruang berkesenian, dan terkandung di dalam beberapa aktivasi marketing public relations. Penelitian ini menemukan, bahwa three ways marketing public relations yang diterapkan Eter Room Coffee memiliki dampak bagi loyalitas pelanggan, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa faktor lain yang ikut dapat mempengaruhi. Kata Kunci: Marketing public pelations, loyalitas pelanggan, Eter Room Coffee.
