Abstract
Sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan, dengan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor internal dan eksternal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Vision Corporation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas, memanfaatkan distribusi kuesioner kepada PT. Responden dalam hal ini adalah karyawan Vision Corporation. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuadrat terkecil parsial. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara beban kerja menunjukkan dampak negatif yang substansial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus memprioritaskan pengembangan motivasi dan disiplin kerja karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Selain itu, mereka menggarisbawahi perlunya mengevaluasi beban kerja secara berkala untuk mencegah penurunan kinerja karyawan. Human resources represent a pivotal element in attaining corporate objectives, with employee performance being impacted by a multitude of internal and external factors. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and workload on employee performance at PT. Vision Corporation. The present study employs a quantitative approach to causality design, utilizing the distribution of questionnaires to PT. The respondents in this case were employees of Vision Corporation. The sample determination was executed using a saturated sampling technique, thereby yielding a sample of 50 employees. The data analysis technique employed was partial least squares. The findings of the study suggest a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, while workload exhibits a substantial negative impact on employee performance. These findings suggest that companies must prioritize the cultivation of employee motivation and work discipline to enhance performance. Additionally, they underscore the necessity of periodically evaluating workloads to avert declines in employee performance.
