Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan work-life balance terhadap produktivitas pekerja di PT. Solusi Digital Print. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data statistik untuk tujuan tampilan. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh pekerja PT. Solusi Digital Print, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 66 responden. Strategi pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala likert mulai dari 1 hingga 5 kepada semua partisipan penelitian. Pendekatan analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif dan agak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kompensasi (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), dan Work-life Balance (X3) memiliki pengaruh simultan yang positif dan substansial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Solusi Digital Print. This study aims to analyze compensation, work motivation and work-life balance on the work productivity of employees of PT. Solusi Digital Print. This study is a type of quantitative research using statistical data in data presentation. The research population is all employees of PT. Solusi Digital Print with a sample of 66 respondents. The data collection method uses survey techniques by distributing Likert scale questionnaires 1 - 5 to all research samples. The data analysis methods used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study state that Compensation (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on work productivity. Compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Work-Life Balance (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee work productivity at PT. Solusi Digital Print.
