Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 54 karyawan, ditentukan dengan non probability sampling. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji hipotesis 0.565. Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil uji hipotesis 0.210. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan dengan hasil uji hipotesis 0.568. This study aims to analyze the effect of satisfaction, motivation and work discipline on employee performance and their impact on employee performance. The sample used is 54 employees, determined by probability sampling pound. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using SPSS version 25. This study proves proves that job satisfaction affects employee performance with the results of hypothesis testing 0.565. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of hypothesis testing 0.210. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of hypothesis testing 0.568.
