Abstract
The principal emphasis of this inquiry is directed toward discerning how the milieu of organizational climate, the enactment of transformational leadership, and the conviction in one’s self-efficacy exert influence upon the manifestation of innovative labor conduct. The investigation was situated within the engineering personnel of PT. Sejahtera Kelola Berjaya. A quantitative orientation was employed, wherein empirical materials were garnered through the circulation of digital questionnaires administered via Google Form. The cohort engaged comprised 69 individuals, carefully delineated from the totality of employees in the aforementioned division.The instrument utilized for eliciting information took the form of structured surveys, whose outputs were subsequently subjected to descriptive elucidation alongside panel data regression procedures. Through such analytic devices, a nuanced comprehension of determinants shaping creative and innovative occupational behavior was aspired to. Furthermore, the resultant insights are anticipated to serve as a pragmatic compass for corporate governance, policy custodians, and affiliated stakeholders in their endeavors to cultivate ingenuity within the workforce.The evidentiary outcomes substantiate that the organizational climate contributes a markedly positive effect on innovative work behavior, whereas transformational leadership discloses no appreciable association. Conversely, self-efficacy is demonstrated to impart a significantly affirmative impact upon the propensity of employees to engage in inventive occupational practices. Fokus utama penelitian diarahkan pada upaya memahami bagaimana iklim organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan keyakinan diri individu memberi pengaruh terhadap munculnya perilaku kerja yang inovatif. Studi ini dilakukan pada karyawan bagian engineering di PT. Sejahtera Kelola Berjaya. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sumber informasi berasal dari pengisian kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring melalui Google Form. Jumlah partisipan yang dilibatkan mencapai 69 orang, yang dipilih dari keseluruhan populasi karyawan di divisi tersebut. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket digunakan sebagai sarana pengumpulan informasi yang kemudian diolah melalui analisis deskriptif serta regresi data panel. Melalui teknik tersebut, diharapkan dapat dirumuskan gambaran mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kreativitas dan perilaku inovatif pegawai. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan berperan sebagai acuan praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan, pemangku kebijakan, maupun pihak terkait lainnya dalam merancang strategi peningkatan kinerja berbasis inovasi. Berdasarkan pengolahan data, diperoleh bukti empiris bahwa iklim organisasi berkontribusi secara signifikan positif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, sementara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. Di sisi lain, efikasi diri terbukti memiliki dampak positif signifikan terhadap kemampuan karyawan untuk berperilaku inovatif dalam lingkungan kerja.
