Abstract
This study examines the influence of transformational leadership, organizational communication, and career development on sustainable employee performance, with teamwork as a mediating variable at the Banjarmasin City Transportation Agency. The population of this study was contract employees at the Banjarmasin City Transportation Agency, with a sample size of 157 employees. The data analysis method used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The study found that transformational leadership, organizational communication, and teamwork had a positive and significant effect on sustainable employee performance, while career development showed no significant effect on sustainable employee performance. Teamwork did not significantly mediate the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational communication, and career development on sustainable employee performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Communication, Organizational Communication, Teamwork, Sustainable Employee Performance Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi organisasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan dengan kerjasama tim sebagai variabel mediasi di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Banjarmasin. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai honorer di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Banajarmasin, dengan jumlah sampel 157 pegawai. Metode analisis data menggunakan Struktural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi organisasi dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan, sedangkan pengembangan karir tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan. Kerjasama tim tidak memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi organisasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai berkelanjutan.
