Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of work environment, workload, and work-life balance on employee engagement. The population in this study is the employees of PT Migata Anugrah Abadi. This study uses a quantitative method. The sampling method used in this study is saturation sampling, with a sample size of 60. The analysis method used in this study is structural equation modeling, where data management uses the partial least squares program (Smart-PLS). The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, workload has no effect and is not significant on employee engagement, and worklife balance has no effect and is not significant on employee engagement. These findings indicate that to improve employee engagement at PT Migata Anugrah Abadi. Keywords: Work Environment, Workload, Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan work life balance terhadap employee engagement. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT Migata Anugrah Abadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode saturation sampling (sampel jenuh) dengan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 populasi. Metode analisis yang diguanakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling dimana dalam pengelolaan datanya menggunakan program partial least square (SmartPLS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, beban kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap employee engagement, work life balance tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa untuk meningkatkan employee engagement di PT Migata Anugrah Abadi. Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Work Life Balance, Employee Engagement.
