Abstract

Job satisfaction is a crucial factor in creating a productive and sustainable work environment. This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Life Balance, Compensation, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Job Satisfaction. The population and sample in this study were 90 employees at PT. Perut Aman Sejahtera. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. The data collection method in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument used the SMART PLS 4.0.9.6 application. The results of the study indicate that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: job satisfaction, work life balance, compensation, self-efficacy. Kepuasan kerja merupakan faktor krusial dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance, Kompensasi, dan Self-Efficacy Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 Karyawan di PT. Perut Aman Sejahtera. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Instrument penelitian menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS 4.0.9.6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja , Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, work life balance, kompensasi, self-efficacy
