Abstract
This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of Job Description and SelfEfficacy on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance at PT. ISS Indonesia at Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk. The research design used in this study is a causal research design. The population consists of all permanent employees of PT. ISS Indonesia at Siloam Hospital Kebon Jeruk. The sample used in this study is 65 employees, determined using a saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a survey method, with a questionnaire as the main research instrument. This study employs Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 4.0.9.6 for data analysis. The results show that (1) Job Description has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. ISS Indonesia. (2) Self-Efficacy has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. ISS Indonesia. (3) Job Description has no effect on Employee Performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. (4) Self-Efficacy has a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee Performance at PT. ISS Indonesia. Keywords: Job Description, Self Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh Job Deskripsi dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia di rumah sakit Slioam Hospital Kebon Jeruk. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kausal. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. ISS Indonesia di rumah sakit Slioam Hospital Kebon Jeruk .Sampel yang digunakan adalah 65 karyawan. Penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode sampel jenis jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 4.0.9.6 PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Job Deskripsi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. ISS Indonesia. (2) Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. ISS Indonesia. (3) Job Deskripsi tidak berpengaruh pada Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia. (4) Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia. (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. ISS Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Job Deskripsi, Self Efficacy, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
