Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Compensation and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The object of this study is all employees working at PT. Taspen (Persero). The enlarged sample is 47 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The approach used in this study isthe Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study state that the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Compensation does not have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Satisfaction does not have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Taspen (Persero). Keywords: Organizational Culture, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Taspen (Persero). Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 47 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT.
