Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of teamwork, working hours and work environment on job satisfaction among employees of PT SHS International Pademangan North Jakarta using 45 respondents. The sample in this research was determined using a non-probability sampling method, namely census sampling which focuses on assessment, employee of PT SHS International Pademangan, North Jakarta. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, instrument testing, Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM - PLS) with outer model and inner model using SmartPLS and SPSS software. The research results show that collaboration time has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for PT employees. SHS International, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for PT employees. SHS International, and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT employees. SHS International. Keywords: Teamwork, Working Hours, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh team work, jam kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT SHS International Pademangan Jakarta Utara yang menggunakan sebanyak 45 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu sensus sampling yang mana memfokuskan penilaian karyawan PT SHS International Pademangan Jakarta Utara. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan analsisis deskriptif, uji isntrumen, Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM – PLS) dengan outer model dan inner model dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. SHS International, Jam Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. SHS International, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. SHS International.
