Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of green human resource management and work motivation on lecturer performance through organizational commitment as a mediating variable at Pelita Harapan University. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted using non probability sampling with a sample size of 215 people. Data analysis in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that green human resource management and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, as well as a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment was found to have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance and was able to fully mediate the influence of green human resource management on lecturer performance, as well as the influence of work motivation on lecturer performance. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of enhancing organizational commitment to ensure that green human resource management and work motivation can have an optimal impact on lecturer performance. Keywords: Green Human Resource Management, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Lecturer Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green human resource management dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada dosen Universitas Pelita Harapan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 215 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green human resource management dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen serta green human resource management dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dan mampu memediasi secara penuh pengaruh green human resource management terhadap kinerja dosen, serta pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja dosen. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya meningkatkan komitmen organisasi agar green human resource management dan motivasi kerja dapat berdampak optimal pada kinerja dosen.
