Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Compensation and Rewards and Leadership Style on Employee Sustainable Performance, with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at Perum LPPNPI, involving a population of 145 functional employees, with a sample of 103 respondents determined based on the Krejcie & Morgan table. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS software. The results indicate that both Green Compensation and Rewards and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Employee Sustainable Performance, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of Employee Engagement. Furthermore, these two independent variables also significantly enhance Employee Engagement, which in turn strengthens Employee Sustainable Performance. Keywords: Green Compensation and Rewards, Leadership Style, Sustainable Employee Performance, and Employee Engagement Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Green Compensation and Rewards serta Leadership Style terhadap Employee Sustainable Performance dengan Employee Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi dilakukan pada Perum LPPNPI dengan populasi 145 karyawan fungsional, dan sampel 103 orang sesuai tabel Krejcie & Morgan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Compensation and Rewards serta Leadership Style berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Sustainable Performance, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi Employee Engagement. Selain itu, kedua variabel independen tersebut juga terbukti meningkatkan Employee Engagement yang pada akhirnya memperkuat Employee Sustainable Performance. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi dan reward hijau, gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan, dan keterikatan karyawan.
