Abstract

The problem in this research is the rise in domestic textile imports, one of which comes from China, the domestic textile industry not only competes with China, but also competes with countries that export and the purchasing power of the Indonesian people has not recovered. Due to layoffs, many people don't have money to shop. This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, profitability and activity on company value. The research design is causality research. The population in this research is the textile and garment subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023, totaling 25 companies according to the characteristics determined by selecting the sample using the purposive method and obtaining 18 companies. In this research, the data analysis method uses regression and panel analysis. This study proves that liquidity has no effect on company value. Solvency has a negative effect on company value, while profitability has no effect on company value. Activity has a positive effect on company value. Keywords: liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity, company value, Subsektor Teksti and Garmen Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah maraknya impor tekstil dalam negeri, salah satunya yang berasal dari China, industri tekstil dalam negeri tidak hanya bersaing dengan China, melainkan juga bersaing dengan negara yang melakukan ekspor dan daya beli masyarakat Indonesia belum pulih. Karena terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) sehingga banyak masyarakat yang tidak memiliki uang untuk belanja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, solvabilitas, profitabilitas dan aktivitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Desian penelitian adalah penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah subsektor tekstil dan garmen yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019 – 2023 yang berjumlah 25 perusahaan sesuai dengan karateristik yang ditetapkan pemilihian sampel menggunakan metode purposive dan didapatkan 18 perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis data menggunakam analsisi regresi dan panel. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa likuiditas tidak berpengeruh terhadap nilai perushaan. Solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap Nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh Nilai Perusahaan. Aktivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
