Abstract
This study examines the effect of green transformational leadership, compensation, and organizational culture on sustainable employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable at PT Jasa Raharja East Kalimantan Branch. With a quantitative approach and survey method, this study involved 67 employees selected with saturation technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results showed that green transformational leadership and compensation have no direct effect on sustainable employee performance, while organizational culture has a positive and significant effect. Green transformational leadership, compensation, and organizational culture have a positive effect on work motivation, which in turn increases sustainable employee performance. Work motivation acts as a full mediation in the relationship between green transformational leadership and compensation on sustainable employee performance, while in the relationship between organizational culture and sustainable employee performance, work motivation acts as a partial mediation. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh green transformational leadership, kompensasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap sustainable employee performance dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Kalimantan Timur. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei, penelitian ini melibatkan 67 karyawan yang dipilih dengan teknik jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green transformational leadership dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap sustainable employee performance, sedangkan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Green transformational leadership, kompensasi, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan sustainable employee performance. Motivasi kerja berperan sebagai full mediation dalam hubungan antara green transformational leadership serta kompensasi terhadap sustainable employee performance, sedangkan dalam hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan sustainable employee performance, motivasi kerja berperan sebagai partial mediation.
