Abstract
This study aims to know and analyze the influence of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment and Burnout on Turnover Intention. Population in this study was cleaning service officers who worked at PT. Bangunpapan Idaman in the Green Lake Tower SLR. The sample calculated was 63 cleaning service officers, based on saturated sampling technique. The sampling method used saturated sampling. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a Questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with an analysis tool using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). This study proves that employee engagement has a negative and signifikan effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Burnout Turnover Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Employee Engagement, Komitmen Organisasi dan Burnout terhadap Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Cleaning Service officer yang bekerja pada PT. Bangunpapan Idaman area Green Lake Tower SLR. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 63 karyawan Cleaning Service officer,berdasarkan teknik sampling Jenuh. Metode penarikan sampel sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah Kusioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa employee engament berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci: Employee Enggagement, Komitmen Organisasi, Burnout, Turnover Intention.
