Abstract
This research aims to investigate further regarding those influence which come from personal characteristics, motivation and work discipline towards employee performance. This research uses quantitative approach with descriptive survey method. The population in the study is all employees at PT Hi-Lex Cirebon. With probability sampling and technique using slovin formula, total sample as many as 103 respondents. Analysis using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results showed that the personal characteristics had a positive influence on employee performance, motivation had none relate to employee performance and work discipline had a positive influence on employee performance. So the recommended PT Hi-Lex Cirebon needs to improve discipline and understanding to its employees by providing training on procedures in work and obedience in achieving work standards. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik individu, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan seluruh karyawan di PT Hi-Lex Cirebon. Dengan teknik probability sampling menggunakan rumus slovin, total sampel sebanyak 103 responden. Analisa menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), software SmartPLS 3.2.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga disarankan PT Hi-Lex Cirebon perlu meningkatkan disiplin dan pemahaman kepada karyawannya dengan cara memberikan pelatihan mengenai prosedur dalam bekerja serta ketaatan dalam mencapai standar kerja.
