Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the Influence of Workload, Career Development and Work Environment on Employee Turnover at Lead Bakery Home Industry Tangerang. The population in this paper is 70 permanent employees of Lead Bakery Home Industry Tangerang Company. The sampling used in this study is using the Saturated Sampling Technique. Saturated Sampling is a sampling determination technique if using all populations as samples. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) SmartPls3 software. The results of this paper indicate that Workload has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Workload, Work Environment, Career Development, Employee Turnover. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Pngembangan Karir dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Karyawan Pada Lead Bakery Home Industry Tangerang. Populasi dalam penulisan ini adalah 70 karyawan tetap Perusahaan Lead Bakery Home Industry Tangerang. Sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Teknik Sampling Jenuh. Sampling Jenuh adalah Teknik penentuan sampel jika menggunakan semua populasi sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) software SmartPls3. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukan bahwa Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Lingkugan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Turnover Karyawan.
