Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover Ratio on Return On Equity. The population used in this research is the Food and Beverage Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2023, totaling 26 Companies. This research uses a purposive sampling method in determining the sample, where there are 13 companies that meet the sample selection criteria. The data in this research were analyzed using several analytical method techniques, namely descriptive statistical tests, panel data regression, coefficient of determination test, F test and T test. The analysis model in this research used Eviews v12 software. The results of this research show that the Current Ratio has no effect on Return On Equity, the Debt To Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Return On Equity and Total Asset Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Return On Equity in the Food and Beverage Sector. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap Return on Equity pada perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019–2023. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 26 perusahaan, dengan 14 perusahaan terpilih sebagai sampel melalui metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel dengan bantuan perangkat lunak EViews 12, serta didukung oleh uji statistik deskriptif, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sementara Total Asset Turnover berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return on Equity.
