Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention among PT employees. Trans Retail Indonesia Central Park Mall Branch. The data collection method used in this research is a survey method with a 5-point Likert research instrument. This research was conducted on 86 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. The research results show that work stress has a significant positive relationship with turnover intention, while job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention. Keywords: Job stress, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Trans Retail Indonesia Cabang Mall Central Park. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan instrument penelitian likert 5 poin. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 86 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskrpitif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stres kerja memiliki hubungan positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention sedangkan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi memiliki hubungan negative signifikan terhadap turnover intetion.
