Abstract

The importance of the role of human resources in the progress of a nation, therefore it is necessary to improve human resources in order to achieve goals in a company. This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, job satisfaction and work motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Pelayaran Andalas Bahtera Baruna. This study uses a saturated sampling method with a population of 75 respondents with the same sample of 75 respondents. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pelayaran Andalas Bahtera Baruna. Keywords : Job stress, Job satisfaction, Work motivation, Employee performance. Pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia terhadap kemajuan suatu bangsa, oleh karena itu perlu adanya peningkatan sumber daya manusia demi tercapainya tujuan pada suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pelayaran Andalas Bahtera Baruna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan populasi sebanyak 75 responden dengan sampel yang sama sebanyak 75 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan kinerja karyawan, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pelayaran Andalas Bahtera Baruna. Kata Kunci : Stres kerja, Kepuasan kerja, Motivasi kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
