Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, workload and compensation on employee performance at PT. Rejeki Tujuh Alam. This study uses a saturated sampling method with a population of 75 respondents with the same sample of 75 respondents. The data collection method uses a survey method, with a research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Rejeki Tujuh Alam. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation, Workload Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Rejeki Tujuh Alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan populasi sebanyak 75 responden dengan sampel yang sama sebanyak 75 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.
