Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of Career Development and Workload on Employee Turnover Intention, mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The population in this study consists of 261 permanent administrative staff at Mercu Buana University, Meruya Campus. The sample used was 158 permanent administrative staff, calculated using the saturated sampling method. The sampling method employed is non-probability sampling with a convenience sampling technique. This research is a quantitative study with data collection using a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire utilizing a Likert scale as the questionnaire tool. The data analysis method uses path analysis processes with PLS. This study proves that career development has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Workload has a negative and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is able to mediate the effect of career development on employee turnover intention. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is able to mediate the effect of workload on employee turnover intention. Keywords: career development, workload, organizational citizenship behavior, and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 261 orang tenaga kependidikan tetap di Universitas Mercu Buana Kampus Meruya. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 158 tenaga kependidikan tetap, dihitung menggunakan metode penarikan sampel jenuh. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner dan menggunakan pengukuran skala Likert sebagai alat penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur yang diolah dengan Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mampu memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan.
