Abstract

Construction projects are one of the most vital sectors in the development of infrastructure and the economy of a country. However, construction projects often experience delays that can negatively impact costs, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. TCTO methods. Based on this, the author conducted a case study on the ABC Football Stadium construction project located in Kediri Regency, East Java, which has a 4-story specification. The structural work of this project experienced a delay in the 15th week, based on the S curve (Plan vs. Realization) in the 15th weekly report, the calculation of the deviation value from the actual amount (realization) of work minus the work plan was obtained, which was - 1.675%. This study aims to analyze the effect of shortened time by adding working hours. From the results of the rescheduling of the construction of the ABC Football Stadium by applying the TCTO method, the acceleration duration was 74 days from the previous duration of 81 days, 7 days faster so that completion was faster. With the final total cost due to the acceleration of Rp28,234,826,218. Keywords: Time Acceleration, Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) Proyek konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor yang sangat vital dalam pembangunan infrastruktur dan perekonomian suatu negara. Namun, seringkali proyek konstruksi mengalami keterlambatan yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap biaya, kualitas, dan kepuasan pemangku kepentingan. Metode TCTO. Berdasarkan hal ini penulis melakukan studi kasus pada proyek pembangunan Stadion Sepakbola ABC yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur memiliki spesifikasi 4 lantai. Pekerjan struktur proyek ini mengalami keterlambatan pada minggu ke-15, berdasarkan kurva S (Rencana vs Realisasi) pada laporan mingguan ke-15 diperoleh perhitungan nilai deviasi dari jumlah aktual (realisasi) pekerjaan dikurangi dengan rencana pekerjaan, yakni sebesar -1,675%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh waktu yang dipersingkat dengan penambahan jam kerja. Dari hasil penjadwalan ulang pembangunan Stadion Sepakbola ABC dengan menerapkan metode TCTO didapat durasi percepatan 74 hari dari durasi sebelumnya 81 hari lebih cepat 7 hari sehingga penyelesaiannya lebih cepat. Dengan biaya total akhir akibat percepatan sebesar Rp28.234.826.218. Kata Kunci: Percepatan Waktu, Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO)
